A reputable Construction company based in Harare is looking for a qualified and experienced *Quantity Surveyor* to join our Projects Department.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, BOQs and tender documents
Cost control, valuations, variations and final accounts
Contract administration and site measurements
Liaising with Engineers, Architects and Clients

Requirements

Degree / HND in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent
At least *3-5 years* post-qualification experience (building & civil projects)
Registered with *Zimbabwe Institute of Quantity Surveyors (ZIQS)* - an added advantage
Proficient in *Buildsoft, CCS, WinQS, MS Project, Excel & AutoCAD*
Strong knowledge of contract administration (FIDIC, JBCC), cost estimation, BOQs, valuations & final accounts
Strong analytical, negotiation and reporting skills
