Key Responsibilities
- Ability to supervise guards, conduct site inspections and manage security operations, including guard deployment and induction.
Requirements
- Certificate in Security Supervision, Security Management or a related security qualification.
- Valid Class 3 driver's licence.
- Motorcycle riding experience is essential.
- Class 4 motor vehicle driving experience is an added advantage.
- Previous security supervisory experience is an added advantage.
- Good communication, leadership and report-writing skills.
- Ability to supervise guards, conduct site inspections and manage security operations, including guard deployment and induction.
- Conversant with firearms and weapon handling.
