Key Responsibilities

• Dispense medications and provide patient counseling on proper use and potential side effects.
• Review and interpret prescriptions to ensure accuracy and appropriateness.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and provide comprehensive care.
• Provide education and training to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals on medication use and safety.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient care and safety.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and medication therapy.
• Stay current with emerging trends and developments in pharmacy practice.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or a related field.
• Registered with the relevant pharmacy council or authority.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Must have a current and valid practicing license and able to operate Propharm system
