Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor plastic blow moulding machines used in the production of plastic bottles.
- Ensure manufactured bottles meet the required quality standards.
- Monitor production output and minimise material wastage.
- Conduct routine machine checks and report technical faults.
- Maintain machinery and ensure a clean, safe production environment.
- Follow production schedules and adhere to workplace safety procedures.
Requirements
- A Diploma or Degree in Plastics Technology, Polymer Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in plastic production, preferably operating blow moulding machines.
- Knowledge of machine operation, production processes, and quality control.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet production targets.
