We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Clerk to support daily accounting and bookkeeping activities and help maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture financial transactions and maintain accounting records
• Process and file invoices, receipts, vouchers, and payment documentation
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable records
• Perform basic reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
• Maintain organised financial files and supporting documents
• Assist with routine reports and month-end administrative tasks
• Protect confidential financial and company information

Requirements

• O level,A Level, a diploma, or a degree in Accounting/Finance, or relevant accounting qualifications; applicants who have completed a relevant degree are encouraged to apply
• Good numerical skills and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting procedures
• Computer literacy, including spreadsheet skills
• Strong organisation and time-management skills
• Honesty, confidentiality, and ability to meet deadlines
• Previous accounts or bookkeeping experience is an advantage
