Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell rock tools, drilling equipment, spares and consumables to mining and construction customers
- Provide technical advice and product demonstrations to customers
- Visit customer sites to assess equipment condition and recommend solutions
- Prepare quotations and follow up on enquiries and orders
- Provide after-sales support and liaise with the workshop on customer repairs
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and report on market activity
Requirements
- Class 1 Journeyman Fitter and Turner Certificate
- A minimum of one (1) year experience repairing diamond drilling equipment such as Jack Hammers, Meter Eaters, etc.
- Strong communication skills and a keen interest in technical sales
- A valid driver's licence will be an added advantage
