Defcorp Security (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a motivated, organised, and results-driven individual to fill the position of Administration and Sales Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily administrative duties and maintain accurate records.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Market the company's services and products to potential clients.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and prospective customers.
• Prepare reports.
• Maintain client databases.
• Perform basic accounting tasks, including invoicing, receipting, and updating stock
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Assist with general office operations and customer service.

Requirements

• Applicants must be strictly based in Mutare.
• A qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Previous experience in sales and administration will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and deliver results.
• A proactive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
